Upon the conclusion of a multi-week trial in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, a jury acquitted the firm’s client, a corporate controller, on all 10 counts charged. The client was accused of accounting and securities crimes, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 371, 1349, and related statutes.
